American Heart Association Go Red Event:  Sutter Health Plus was proud to sponsor the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Bruncheon in Sacramento. Mission Bernal Expansion: Sutter Health is dedicated to advancing healthcare accessibility and quality in San Francisco, and it's $442 million investment is a testament to this commitment. The new Mission Bernal Care Complex will feature state-of-the-art facilities for ambulatory surgery and brain health, reflecting Sutter's innovative approach to addressing evolving healthcare needs. New Employer Change and Termination Request Forms: A new Employer Change Request Form is now available to help streamline the process of notifying the health plan of employer group changes, such as company address or contact information. Please note: this form is not used to make membership changes such as adding, removing or changing member information. Additionally, a new Employer Termination Request Form is available for groups terminating group coverage with Sutter Health Plus. We highly encourage this comprehensive termination form is submit ed at least 30 days before the requested termination date.

Behavioral Health Resources for Members: While feeling some stress or anxiety in life is not uncommon, regularly becoming overwhelmed may be a sign it's time to seek support. Members have access to a one-on-one Health Coaching Program by phone for stress management at no cost share at 844-987-6095. Members also have access to mental health and substance use disorder benefits through U.S. Behavioral Health Plan, California, including:
   • Tools, resources and in-person or virtual visits with participating behavioral health providers without a referral at liveandworkwell.com.
   • Access to Self Care by AbleTo for on-demand mental wellness support, selfcare techniques, coping tools, meditations and more.

Monthly Engagement Toolkit by Optum: To support members' health and wellbeing, Optum is offering a monthly engagement toolkit for employers that includes timely content and resources.
The May engagement toolkit focuses on mental health awareness, including tips and resources to help support families and caregivers who may be under a lot of pressure and stress.
