Losing Broker of Record Email Notifications Sent in Error to Several CA Brokers

Recently, some California brokers received an erroneous losing Broker of Record notification email for certain groups from Kaiser Permanente. The email was sent to approximately 1400 brokers and was the result of an unintended data base refresh that impacted production codes. An automated service recovery email was sent to the impacted brokers yesterday afternoon apologizing for the error, confirming their broker of record is intact, and advising them to disregard the erroneous email.
