Notice of New Bulletin Adopted - B-4.109

The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following new bulletin:

• B-4.109 Collection of Reinsurance Program Data from Carriers and Hospitals

The purpose of this bulletin is to clarify the reinsurance program reporting requirements for eligible carriers and hospitals, pursuant to § 10-16-1105(1), C.R.S.
