Sutter Walk-In Care in Folsom

Sutter Health Plus members now have access to a new Sutter Walk-In Care in Folsom, providing same-day care for everyday illnesses and health needs - at the same cost share as a primary care visit. The new location is at 2766 East Bidwell St., Suite 600 in the Broadstone Marketplace. 

At Sutter Walk-In Care, adults and children 18 months and older can access health screenings, immunizations and vaccinations, and treatment for:
  • Sunburns, rashes, and skin conditions
  • Minor sprains and strains
  • Ear and sinus infections
  • Colds and strep throat
  • Seasonal allergies
For serious injuries or illnesses, such as cuts, broken bones or shortness of breath, please visit a network urgent care or your nearest emergency department.

Reminder: New Portal Password Change Requirement

To enhance online security measures for members and business partners, Sutter Health Plus requires all portal account users—including members, employers and brokers—to change their password at least once a year. If a password was created more than a year prior, users will be prompted upon login to change their password. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot password?” link under the Password field. 
 
If anyone has trouble changing their password or has questions, users are directed to contact Sutter Health Plus based on their portal type:
  • Brokers can contact Broker Services at 916-643-1261, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, or email shpbroker@sutterhealth.org
  • Employers can contact Account Services at 855-325-5200, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, or email shpaccountservices@sutterhealth.org
  • Members can contact Member Services at 855-315-5800, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday through Friday
